Central Asia

The vision and efforts of several ministries, including Back to the Bible and HCJB World Radio, finally came together in 2001 in pioneering efforts to reach a traditionally Muslim people group influenced by years of communism and oppressed by political dictatorship. Their country has zero tolerance for non-Islamic faiths, making radio a necessary tool for outreach and the nurturing of local believers. Our outreach provides programming seven days a week

The programs produced in Lincoln, Nebraska, are aired on an international scale and can be heard in places such as Sri Lanka, the Philippines, India and much of Africa. In addition, several of our offices produce their own English-language broadcasts, such as the Australian program A Different Perspective. Hindi

Indonesian

KAMI, Back to the Bible's Indonesian ministry, built a radio station in North Sumatra in 2005 as part of its long-term ministry following the December 2004 tsunami. KAMI produces programming heard on nearly 30 stations and Director Frans Silalahi frequently holds evangelistic rallies and Christian leadership training throughout the islands.
Japanese

BJapan combines Back to the Bible's philosophy of using national Bible teachers to produce native language programming with an established, well-connected cable radio network. Over 1.3 million cable radio subscribers--from Hokkaido in the north to Okinawa in the south--have access to the quality Christian programming available through B Japan. BJapan's web site, www.bjapan.jp, offers content with the goal of drawing listeners deeper into the Word.
Nepali

Nepal has struggled with a lack of stability for a number of years. Poverty is a perennial problem. Persecution against Christians continues. In spite of all this, or maybe because of it, response to our Nepali program continues to grow. Safal Jeevanko Rahasya ("Confident Living") is an outreach of Back to the Bible's ministry in India.
Polish

Since 1993 Voice of the Gospel has aired its daily programming Poland under the umbrella of Back to the Bible. Though some of our radio coverage is still via shortwave radio, many commercial FM radio stations now carry our programs throughout Poland. Our Polish staff would be happy to help you with more specific information.
Portuguese
The first airing of Verdade Biblica (Truth of the Bible) in 2001 marked the launch of our outreach in yet another of the world's top ten most spoken languages. Verdade Biblica is strategically located in the largest city (Sao Paulo) of the world's fifth most populous nation. Verdade Biblica can be heard via HCJB/World Radio short wave, two large Sao Paulo stations (one AM, one FM) and an extensive network of FM facilities throughout the country.
Outreach through daily 15-minute radio programs is supplemented by a growing vernacular web ministry, literature distribution and strategic ventures with other evangelical ministries.
Sinhala

As the majority language of Sri Lanka, Sinhala is the medium through which daily broadcasts are aired to more than 14 million people. Spanish

Back to the Bible has been airing La Biblia Dice (The Bible Says) since 1970. Four programs are aired across nearly all of Latin America on about 180 radio facilities, some of the Caribbean Islands and even in Equatorial Guinea, the only Spanish speaking country in Africa. Tamil
